“Paradise”
Four nights in paradise! My bungalow by the beach was the perfect home away from home. The bed and air-conditioning was so comfortable, the location quiet and I loved the sound of crashing waves and gecko calls at night. As an early riser the private balcony was perfect for morning cups of tea (always restocked), as I watched the sunrise and fisherman leaving in their jukungs. The team were meticulous about keeping the property clean and safe. They bent over backwards to assist with anything required. The pool was an absolute delight. Plenty of shade or sun, sun lounges and was surrounded by an aromatic and beautiful garden. The complimentary breakfast was 'next level' delicious in the gorgeous cafe and the rooftop restaurant with stunning sunset views of Mt Agung was the perfect place to relax after a physically demanding day, with fabulous cocktails and food. Once again, the staff were always so welcoming and efficient. Amed is a delightful part of bali with a European influence. You can practice your French in a local warung, whilst eating the most delicious and fresh indonesian food! As an Australian, I thought we had good snorkelling, but Amed and surrounds.OMG! No need to despair if your body is sore after all the swimming, just pop up to Panda Spa and Beauty for a punishing (only while they work those knots out of your muscles) and relaxing massage. I absolutely loved my visit to Amed and stay at Solaluna. Can't wait to return! An enormous thank you to everyone. 🙏. Nothing
