“Near to Henry Ford for a good value.”

The location was close to the venue we were visiting, the breakfast options were good, and I appreciated the updates happening at the hotel; a great gentleman worked the breakfast! The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the floor of our shower stall was broken.

The beds were nice and comfy, but I thought my room smelled like fresh varnish; my husband didn’t notice any scent, so I’m not sure if it was just my imagination.

I didn’t try any of the offered activities, but the noise level was extremely high, both from inside the hotel and from the street outside.

“Paint smell gave me a headache! Hotel Under construction !”

The spot was decent, the place was pretty clean, and the staff were friendly. The cleaning crew spoke little English, but we managed to get along and they even brought us a do‑not‑disturb sign. On the downside, the shower had no water pressure, the hotel was under construction—something we hadn’t known about—and construction tools were everywhere on our floor. In the morning the hallway crew woke us up, and the room smelled like paint fumes, giving me a headache.
