The room was comfortable, the shower was warm, and the bed and pillows were excellent. Unfortunately, the family with children next to me was a bit of a nuisance. I wish there were more blankets in the room.

The TV kept losing signal; I asked for help, and they fixed it, but when I turned it back on it showed the no‑signal message again. Everything else was fine except the TV.

The suite’s comfort and the staff’s kindness were especially appreciated. The lack of a smart TV meant we couldn’t access YouTube, Netflix, Prime, or similar services.
