The staff were incredibly friendly and we could easily reach them on WhatsApp. The Gladiator suite was roomy, and the sauna and jacuzzi were very clean. They changed the bath linens daily, and the minibar was stocked with unlimited biscuits. The coffee was delicious! The hotel is close to the metro station and to small local restaurants. The checkout time of 17h felt too late, especially since we arrived on an early morning flight. Even after cleaning, a cigarette smell lingered. There was clearly a water damage in the bathroom, and the patchwork work reflected poorly on the overall quality of the suite. The bed was not very comfortable—lightweight and easy to sink into the middle of the bed. Only one small pillow per person was provided. Given the price, I expected higher quality linens and bedding.

Everything was great: the staff were available, the room was welcoming, fragrant, and had all the comforts one could ask for—soap, drinks in the minibar, bathrobes and towels, and air conditioning. The location was nice and convenient, and the parking was only a 5‑minute walk away. The only downside was that they only had disposable rugs; I would have liked a non‑disposable one to use right after stepping out of the whirlpool, otherwise the towels get wasted.

The room was stunning, well‑furnished, and the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful; I recommend it for couples who want a break from Rome’s chaotic everyday life. The TV once froze, but unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the issue.
