The breakfast was amazing, and our stay was fantastic. When our daughter fell ill, a medical team was sent up to assess her, which was very helpful. We loved the whole experience, though dining at the hotel restaurants was a little pricey.

The property is new and clean, but not as good as New World Phú Quốc, which we chose because of our great past experience there. Unfortunately, Hoiana didn’t measure up. The pillows were uncomfortable, the pool water wasn’t refreshing, and the beach was not as clean as My Khe Beach. It’s also far from everything.

This is more a 6 star than a 5 star resort at a third of the price one would pay globally. Customer service, facilities, food options and rooms just superb! I loved that things like steam rooms/ jacuzzi as well as pickleball courts and equipment were all free. We came from the Hyatt Da Nang where pickleball courts and batts could be rented at an expensive rate. Some tourists may want a bit more of a hustle and bustle and nightlife, but that’s a short and cheap Grab ride away

**I LOVE THIS PLACE!** I honestly cannot say enough about how much I loved our stay here. The highlights were the buffet breakfast, the Quán Hán restaurant, and the facilities at this resort. I chose this place for my partner’s 30th birthday, and it was so breathtaking. I honestly wish we had chosen this place to get married! Finn at the Quán Hán restaurant was so lovely. I loved that we were able to eat the food that was on display, and Finn was so kind to peel and slice some of the fruit for us. Also, all the bathrooms throughout the resort were so stunning. I loved all the pool areas, the entertainment hub, and the spa. It was especially great because it rained for a couple of days while we were in Hoi An, so there was still so much to do around the resort. The massage therapists were amazing as well (I'm so sad I lost the note with their names I would've loved to mention this in the review), and the spa facilities were so good. I can’t believe they even had a cold plunge pool! The gym was huge and had a great view. It’s the first place I’ve been to that had a reformer machine in the gym. And the enterntainment hub was unreal! If you're from Australia the entertainment hub at this resort reminded me of KingPin/The Sporting Globe mixed together! Plus the staff who helped check us out were so lovely to ask me if I wanted to talk to their doctor on site because she noticed I was getting sick. Having to check out. The two girls who work at the Mini Mart could've had better customer service

The sea view is stunning, the breakfast is exquisite, and the décor is very tasteful. The casino area has a strong smoke smell, and the entrance to the evening lobby is a bit complicated, but if you avoid the lobby it’s fine and not a big issue.
