The location was great, the hotel a bit dated, but clean & comfortable. The property was a little dated & was stuffy.

“Excellent family stopover in a fantastic location!”

We booked two Deluxe Family Suites for a one‑night stopover on our way down to Victoria from NSW, and again on the way back, and it turned out to be a fantastic family stopover in a great location. The suites were clean, spacious, and came with excellent amenities like adjustable air conditioning and a handy kitchenette. Check‑in was super easy at the bar, and leaving the keys in the after‑hours box made checkout seamless. We walked to a local pub for a great dinner, to the famous Beechworth Bakery in the morning, and could easily visit the Beechworth Honey shop and the Old Beechworth Gaol. Free on‑site parking was a huge plus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and easy family stay!

“Comfortable, friendly, central and serving good meals”

Comfortable and clean, located in the centre of town. The pub serves excellent meals and the staff are friendly. Nothing to add.

The location was great. Price was okay. Reception desk was unmanned but the bar lady knew what to do and was great. Breakfast was very disappointing. When says "fabulous breakfast" I expect more than "very basic continental breakfast" which I have to prepare myself. Additionally the room stank of what seemed to be air freshener. To the point that our eyes stung. (It improved as we aired the place)
