The pool was unheated and too cold for swimming, but that was expected in October. The large garden was filled with lovely plants and looked well maintained. The hotel entrance was green, featured waterfalls and many fish, almost fairy‑tale beautiful. The room with direct pool access had a fantastic view. The location was a bit outside, which made it very quiet, and parking was right behind the building—perfect! The woman who escorted us to our room barely smiled; a little more warmth would make the arrival nicer. The concrete floor in the bathroom and room, without any runner or similar, felt very uncomfortable, cold, and worn. Because of the direct pool access, the loud water supply and drain could be heard constantly.

Ottimi i cibi e la presentazione dei piatti consumati al ristorante. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina vista la stagione. Non ci è piaciuto che più volte il personale ci abbia fatto sapere che dovevamo liberare la sala della colazione alle 10, quando era indicato che la colazione veniva servita fino alle 10 e noi siamo arrivati in sala alle 9.50. Dopo di noi è arrivato in sala un altro ospite, al quale non è stato fatto l'appunto
