Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The light switches are placed behind the mattress in the queen‑size bed, which is odd. It would help to have some notice or signage, as several others couldn’t find them.

Everything was very clean and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent; nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was great; nothing else to note, all was good.

The female front‑desk clerk was friendly and the hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay until checkout. Unfortunately, our departure left a bad taste because a male staff member accused us during early‑morning checkout. We had an early flight and checked out the night before; he repeatedly asked about a missing laundry bag and a room adapter. We told him we didn’t take the bag (it was left in a bottom bedroom drawer) and that our room never had an adapter, yet he returned a few minutes later with the same questions. He even claimed he “saw us use it” for outside laundry, but the bag came back with our clean clothes and was left in a drawer. The encounter felt unprofessional, accusatory, and defensive instead of a simple room check. I asked if they found it, but got no answer. They had plenty of time to check the room before our car arrived. The quick accusations ruined what would otherwise have been a lovely stay.
