The room isn't bad, it's large. But it's on the second floor without an elevator, making it a nightmare to get in with large suitcases. We only used it for one night while we could enter our apartment. No one was there when we arrived; some girls from nearby offices called the owner and they arrived quickly.

Very bad smell in the bathroom, cooking oil smell, urine smell in the room.

I liked the central spot, but the place was really old and the tiny room had to fit an extra bed frame and a baby crib. It felt like a storage room, was super noisy, and only had a little mini‑window. The air quality was awful. It was only passable for a single night if you could manage the uneven, old stairs up to the 2nd floor without any mishap.

The location is very central and the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The downside is that it’s on the 2nd floor above a restaurant and offices, there’s no lift, no front desk staff—just a phone check‑in—and the hallway vibe feels a bit dismissive.
