The view is decent—waterfront with a little mountain. The boat needs heavy maintenance, there are no cotton sheets, mosquitoes are everywhere, and the beds are uncomfortable, causing sleepless nights. Staff behaved poorly after we were refused a shikara ride and food. I don’t recommend this boat stay to anyone.

The Dal Lake view from the property is absolutely stunning. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Watching TV while overlooking the lake makes the stay even better. The property is spotless, well‑maintained, and cozy. The owner is genuinely helpful, friendly, and personally looks after guests to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and relaxation.

I stayed on a cozy houseboat in a very quiet spot, and the view was amazing. It felt like a special experience, and I’d suggest renting a boat to visit the floating market and see the big lake.
