Everything was fine except the pool!!! The pool stayed green, which is why I give it a negative review on cleanliness. The room was nice and clean!

The location to the beach and the boardwalk was great. The pool was green and unswimmable.

I didn’t get to stay there. I made reservations in June, did not get the room I paid for, and was told there were no rooms available that day. I had reservations! I was sent to a different motel, which was not what I wanted.

I reached out to the property management directly, asking for a room with an ocean view for an elderly family member. The room I received had no ocean view, so I sent multiple texts upon arrival requesting a switch to the view I had originally requested back in July, about a month ahead. The management texted back but with 30‑minute delays or more, and no one answered the phone. I called, emailed, and called again, yet received no reply until I drove back in the rain and finally got a text saying they would issue a full refund. The door code didn’t work properly when I tried to open and lock the door. The lack of an ocean view, the slow response from management, the door code problems, and the slightly outdated look of the property left a very bad impression. It’s now August 13 and I’m still waiting for the refund.
