I never thought I’d recommend a place, but this was the worst I’ve ever stayed in; it was filthy, smelled awful, looked run down, had a dirty cow in the fridge, a bag covering the smoke alarm, and the walls were grimy.

The location seemed great, but after booking I couldn’t reach the host; on arrival at the airport I called nine times to learn the mobile number was unreachable, left waiting while the promised shuttle never showed up, and it took almost three hours before the host finally contacted us—by then we’d already booked another hotel and had no reply to emails or messages, so I’m demanding a refund.

We never got any instructions on how to check in, so we took a cab and found no one there to let us in; we had to locate the hotel ourselves, pay nothing, and it was terrible—if I don’t get a refund I’ll leave a horrible review.

The property was initially unavailable, so they offered an alternative that was decent, though it was quite cold, had no TV, and no Wi‑Fi.
