I have nothing positive to highlight about my stay. The room conditions were far below what you expect from a 4‑star hotel, including no air conditioning and Wi‑Fi that was practically unusable. Poor organization and lack of maintenance, especially at breakfast and the pools. Overall, the experience did not match the category or the price.

The breakfast was good, yet a cup of tea cost only a tea cup. The snack and cake selection after 16h until closing was sparse. I don’t see why I should pay €24 for dinner if I don’t eat much. I thought I’d get sandwiches, but there were no fries in the 20h package.
Everything overall was good, but there was no indoor pool working.

It doesn't look like the photos show it; it’s poorly located and the signage is bad. The place is neglected, the bed is super bad, hard, and without furniture, no chairs, old bedding, and a terrible stale smell.
