“快適”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a beautifully appointed room and exceptional staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room service meals were also delicious. I couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay.

“Almost great but still a good option in Niigata”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully renovated hotel in Niigata's historic older part of town. The hotel's excellent location allowed me to easily explore the area on foot, with many restaurants and sites of interest within a 30-minute walking distance. The tastefully decorated lobby and restaurant were a delight, and I was impressed by the modern bathroom units by Toto in my room.

I was impressed by the hotel's beautiful lobby and corridors, which featured many photographs that created a calming atmosphere. I was also delighted to see works by my favorite artist, Katsushika Hokusai, on display. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to enjoy my meal at leisure.
