Вид из окна красивый!. Время работы бассейна - закрывается в 18.00 , нет козырька чтоб спрятаться на балконе от солнца и дождя , чтобы любоваться бухтой🥺, ресторан от отеля работает тоже вечером с 16.00 (

Central location with great views; the staff were always incredibly helpful and smiling. Everything was good.

The hotel is well‑located and has friendly staff. All main sights, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, including the Kleopatra Beach if you want to swim. We arrived by car and were worried about parking, but the staff, especially Asaf and Selim, helped us find a spot and we had no issues using the car the next day. Because we were on the top floor, the evening noise from the surrounding area was minimal. The balcony view is beautiful. The room’s amenities were excellent and nothing was missing. Unfortunately, the wall insulation between rooms isn’t great, so you might have to wear earplugs if neighbors are noisy. Cleaning was very good, and we’re especially grateful to Frau Perihan for her help. On our birthday, the staff surprised us, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection and is staffed diligently; the breakfast room is well designed and makes mornings enjoyable. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant is also good, with normal prices. Some days feature live music or a DJ with quality tunes. The wall insulation between rooms is poor, so loud conversations from adjacent rooms are clearly audible and disturb sleep; the silicone seams in the shower could use replacement.

“Really nice hotel and staff, great location....but not for the light sleeper.”

Numa Port Hotel feels like a modern, impeccably clean spot right in the middle of Alanya, with a great walk to the bazaar and plenty of nearby restaurants. The harbour views are gorgeous, and the staff are truly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dining at the hotel restaurant is a highlight—food is excellent and the view of the port and mountains is stunning, so I’d definitely recommend it. The gym is nice too, and overall the place has a lot going for it. On the downside, the soundproofing is poor; if you’re a light sleeper, avoid the first floor, especially rooms 106–113 above the nightclub, because the noise was terrible and kept you awake until the club closed around 2am–4am. That really spoiled our stay and dulled the shine of an otherwise lovely hotel. The sauna was also broken during our visit, which was disappointing. It’s a shame because the hotel, its location, and the staff deserve praise, but a good night’s sleep is essential.

The room was super spacious, everything was clean, and the view of the sea was amazing. Everything else was nearby. Nothing else to add!
