“Good balance of comfort, price, location and services at this hotel”

Menton is full of hotels and temporary lodging at every imaginable price point. This well‑priced hotel sits in the modern part of Menton, just one block off the beachfront road, so if you’re after beach access this is a great spot. Rail and bus access is good too, perfect if you want to visit the other lovely towns nearby. The hotel and rooms are small, but well‑appointed, clean, modern and comfortable. The open‑air lounge area in front of the hotel would be most welcome during peak season in this resort town as everything else would be mobbed. The staff here were excellent. They can give you beach towels and a nice beach bag for your day at the beach, too. Overall, this hotel was to our liking, well‑located, well‑staffed and comfortable. Our “ocean view” room had only a sliver of ocean in view. All the rest of the positive aspects of staying here outweigh this minor comment, though

“Perfect stay”

The staff are excellent. We stayed in a fabulous ground‑floor room 007 that had its own little courtyard off the room – see the photo below. There’s also a boules court and a terrific terrace and garden bar for evening drinks. Breakfast was great. The location is good for the beach, town and station – a 6‑minute walk. Nothing negative. We loved the hotel, would definitely return and have already recommended it to friends
