I want to give a 10+ to the lady in the reception on the 17 Sep. afternoon who helped with an important issue for me (parking payment in Innsbruk); she was endlessly determined resolving it and let me calm and satisfied, I think her name was Jacklin Thanks!!!!
The location is a bit off‑center, the breakfast is good but not up to the standard of other Kempinski hotels, and the sweet section was missing cakes entirely; we dined there and the service was polite but sluggish.

The location is stunning, each staff member offers a unique level of service, the breakfast is awesome, and the kids club is great—every hotel should have one! The pool water was cold, which was a big let‑down for our kids, and I expected a larger room with newer furnishings.
