The location was good and the rooms were clean, but the vending machine was jammed with stock and the items never left the gate.

We were empty on hot foods and tried to add another night late without booking. The staff said that was impossible and increased our third night’s rate. We took our things at 11:00 pm and left. We told them at the desk we might need another night in the morning— a parent had passed away and we were exhausted. The staff couldn’t give us another night without booking. Pathetic. Not returning. The only accommodation they offered was to give us the room at the rate we had without hassles.

I slept like a log on the bed, and the blinds shut tight enough to keep my privacy. The downside was that the chaffing dishes with eggs and sausage weren’t refilled at 8:15 a.m.; I only got one egg and one sausage, and later guests couldn’t find any.

Everything was spotless except the tub, which had stains and hair. The hot tub was broken, and the breakfast offered only a tiny amount of eggs when we went to eat.
