The place was huge, comfy, with a bright outdoor area, but the heating and hot water system was a bit tricky and the Wi‑Fi had no internet.

Our Dublin stay could have been great, close to the shore and public transport, but we faced several small problems. We never got any response to the three emails I sent about the lack of internet—Wi‑Fi was on but offered no connection, and the heating worked only intermittently, making some days cold and others okay. No replies came, only automated check‑in/out emails that suggested replying for 24/7 help, which felt like an April Fools joke.

Avoid this place. It’s managed remotely by a concierge that never shows up when problems arise. There was no heating, no hot water at the sinks, an unusable toilet, and no Wi‑Fi. They sent us photos or videos and left us to figure out how to start the heating ourselves; we’re not expected to have plumbing skills for a normal rental. This property shouldn’t be listed on booking.
