The staff were friendly. The private outdoor bathroom was completely moldy and dirty; the shower head, walls, and ceiling were covered in mildew, and there were ants and hair on the floor.

The location was a few hundred metres from the Vatican, parking on the street was easy, and a bus stop was nearby. The bed was comfy and the AC was excellent. The only downside was having to walk through the common areas to reach the bathroom and toilets, the bathroom itself needed renovation, and there was no breakfast.
