The location and price were great, the room was small and basic but as expected for the price. We were out all day, so it was just a place to sleep and shower, which was fine. The only issue was that it was pretty cold in the room; it seemed the heating hadn’t been switched on yet. Hopefully it will be sorted before winter proper hits!

The location was good, connected and not too far from the center. The room was small, the bed was only one and a half squares for two people, and the mattress was so embarrassing it seemed made of water. Sitting on one side would automatically push the person on the other side out, and the mattress would sag so much that it felt risky to fall. We had back and other limb pains for three nights. Besides the huge discomfort of the bed, some floor joists were raised, risking tripping every time we went to the bathroom. The sink was so tiny it looked like a Barbie sink. The shower head above the bathtub was not fixed to the rod and always fell. There was only one face towel per day, and we had to use it to dry our whole body after the shower. In short, not the quality we expected for the price paid. The value for money was very poor; for the quality I expected to pay half the price. Disappointing. Regretful.

The place sits in a solid spot, but the room was cramped with too much furniture, the bathroom door got stuck because the bed blocked it, and the radiator jammed the drawers. Pigeons liked to perch on the windowsill and chirp all night. A hallway light, apparently around 2 million lumens, had no switch, and the ceiling fan only worked when the light was on, forcing a choice between cooling and darkness.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. The facilities were marginal. The bed creaked. The walls were so thin that you could hear the neighboring rooms, compromising privacy. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, which itself was very small.

Convenient for the price and location. The only drawback was that it was next to a park that wasn’t very busy at night.
