Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The environmental setting is good. The fridge was off, maintenance was poor, there were few power outlets, which made it hard to charge my PC, phone, and health‑monitor watch.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was off the beaten path, but since we were visiting family nearby, that worked out fine for us.

The building sits in the heart of my research area, close to the old airfield at Gerbini and Sferrro. I liked my room a lot and the host was fantastic—very friendly staff made my visit pleasant. The room stayed warm during a particularly bad storm and was comfortable. There was no Wi‑Fi in my room and the TV didn’t work, but I didn’t mind because I don’t speak Italian; the owner’s kindness more than made up for the lack of Wi‑Fi.

Great dinner and breakfast, a peaceful parking area, and the owner and staff were available and friendly.

The property has great potential, is large, has a pool and fields, and the staff is friendly. The cleanliness was lacking.
