The hotel was small, cozy, and clean, with great and helpful staff and a very good breakfast; I stayed here twice on my trip and will definitely return if I go back to Tbilisi. The only drawback was that while we were there the back street was being reconstructed, which is outside the hotel's control, and walking to and from nearby attractions was a hassle; hopefully the city will clear that up soon enough.

Very friendly and well‑educated staff, something you don't find anymore in western countries. Thanks to Georgio at reception for such good service.

Solid, well‑maintained, and reliable hotel. The staff are earnest and friendly. Small quality issues with breakfast: the coffee machine is constantly broken and warm food is regularly lukewarm.

The staff are nice and helpful, and the hotel itself is modern with good air‑con. The location is only okay; it’s very quiet at night, not like the buzz down at the old town or in other parts of the city, and the breakfast is a bit limited.
