Chios Sunset

The apartment was comfortable for four people and a baby with a magnificent view ideal for watching sunsets over the Aegean Sea. The beds were comfortable. The host was very available: thanks Kosmas! Don’t hesitate to prefer Makvra Ammos, Trachili, and Elinta beaches if you want undeveloped beaches. We were alone there and they are gorgeous! The equipped kitchen was a bit outdated (the stovetops and oven will be replaced). A small leak in the sink was repaired within the week. The Lithi beach does not respect the size of the paid sunbeds and umbrellas, taking up the available space. Wild beach lovers, run away!

“Magnifique coucher de soleil”

The view was incredible, the size of the apartment, the equipment, the comfort, the kindness of Kosmas who was always available to give us good advice. We have nothing to criticize. It’s a Greek apartment that’s both typical because it wasn’t built for tourists and amazing for its magnificent view.

“Excellent views, peaceful and comfortable”

The view is stunning, and it’s a pleasure to watch the sunset or have breakfast on the spacious balcony. The house turned out to be larger and more comfortable than we imagined, and it has every amenity you could need. Thanks to the host for being warm and helpful. A dishwasher would have been a nice addition.

“MÜKEMMEL”

First, the photos don’t fully capture how beautiful the house is. It has high ceilings, a wide living room, a kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The entrance is on the ground floor with a slight slope, but the view is unique. The kitchen contains everything you might need, and there are air conditioners in both rooms and the living area. Waking up to the view from the balcony and having breakfast there was wonderful. Lithi beach is only 3‑4 minutes by car. I think Lithi beach is the best on the island for families with children, sheltered from the wind, with fine sand, shallow water, and a temperature ideal for kids. Behind the beach there are three taverns. The host is very helpful and gave us a lot of assistance. Lithi village center is a 2‑minute walk from the house, and there’s a small market and a bakery that can meet your needs. I will definitely stay here again next year.
