The property is breathtaking, right on the Arkansas River with beautiful views, and it feels elegant and upscale for the area; the restaurant is great, and the higher price is absolutely justified.

The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished, located just down the block from Surf Hotel, and I could use the hotel’s amenities.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean with easy access, and parking is convenient; the only downside was having to end my fishing trip and return to the city.

I didn’t actually stay in the residence I booked because of a booking error that let me reserve an already‑occupied unit, but the Surf Hotel’s manager Rebecca resolved everything for everyone in our party.
