“Ants in the Room.”

Our stay at Hotel Soperga in Milan was a huge let‑down. My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary, yet on the night of September 29 we found a large ant on our pillow, which made us uneasy and unable to sleep. The AC only started working about an hour before checkout, and water dripped from the bathroom ceiling vent. When we raised these issues, the manager did nothing and didn’t even apologize. These problems spoiled what should have been a special trip and left us exhausted. We expected far better cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

“Pomer cena vykon uplne mimo”

Pohodlna postel, lednice, PC stul, vybaveni celkove ok. V pokoji to strasne smrdelo, az po intenzivnim vetrani druhy den byl lepsi… Hotel je hodne hlucny, je slyset neustale bouchani tezkymi dvermi a uklizecky, kdyz rano cistili a vysavali pokoje, jako by byly u vas v mistnosti. Strasne tvrdy polstar. Za tu cenu-pres 250 eur/noc je to fakt ulet

“Great location.”

The location is excellent. The price was extremely high, probably because of city events.

“Im grossen und ganzen alles in Ordnung!”

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, and the room had everything needed for a short holiday. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me and there was no kettle in the room, though you could ask for water at the reception.
