Very helpful staff! Easy to access, They gave clear instructions to access. Helped me find a rental car in a pinch. Nice place with just what you need to be comfy. Good AC, comfortable, nice outdoor patio space. Restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of options nearby

The place was tranquil, clean, with almost new towels, very fresh and soft sheets, and a very comfortable mattress. Everything was fine.

The room was spotless and spacious, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center, and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

It’s close to everything, has a really nice, clean interior, and you can walk easily to bars and restaurants; the value is far better than staying in Cancun City, where you’d pay more than double for a similar place. It’s definitely one of the best options for a relaxed, chill vibe in Tulum.

Everything was great. Doña Hortencia is a sweetheart who treats you like a child; it’s a joy to meet people like that. I just wish I could stay longer.
