A good hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, and they upgraded our room to a higher class as a compliment. The standard room is very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, air‑conditioner, fridge, TV, and a large window overlooking the courtyard. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is present.

I liked the complimentary upgrade from the hotel. The old plumbing was a drawback.

Everything was enjoyable, from the bubbles to the carps! The toilet door didn’t close properly.

Polite staff. The lower floors are always occupied.

The hotel sits conveniently near the metro, with windows offering a nice view of Motherland Mother and the bridges; the suite was spacious, split into two rooms each with air‑conditioning, a TV and a small fridge, and we got daily cleaning and towel changes, a comfortable bed with good linens, plus a hallway water cooler with hot and cold water. No negatives to mention.
