Convenient access to the spa, not through the lobby. We arrived on 14 September and the receptionist or manager greeted us unfriendly, explained nothing except that parking was paid, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the brochures. When we asked where to park, she said “just look for it yourself.” We were told to ask about the spa and she pointed straight ahead and left, ignoring our question about the left turn. No one told us where the restaurant was or how it worked. The window mechanism was broken, only opening wide.
