“Sadly, I was disappointed this time”
I’ve stayed here multiple times recently and even booked extra rooms for my teammates during a competition, so I’m familiar with the hotel and its surroundings, which made getting around a breeze. On one of the three days I chose to eat breakfast at the restaurant, and it was pleasant. The front guard is always courteous and friendly. On the flip side, I’m unlikely to return. The price hike feels excessive for the value offered. The second time I’ve encountered issues during check‑in because of staff mistakes, which then caused problems for me and my guests later on. The cost was raised by more than 56% compared to my stay last month, and the room had fewer amenities—no coffee or tea like before, only one coffee cup and one glass for three people. The hospitality wasn’t as warm as in previous visits. The room walls looked a bit dingy, and the light switch was behind the headboard, out of reach. I expected coffee from the restaurant at breakfast, which had been great before, but it wasn’t ready for at least the first 20 minutes the restaurant was open, so we had to leave. I had to buy coffee across the street because the restaurant didn’t serve it until 7:20, even though it was supposed to open at 7:00, and we needed to be at a competition by 8:00, which was disappointing.
“We enjoyed so much there hope to stay there again”
We spent two nights at the Grand Elevation Hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty. There’s a free water dispenser you can refill any time. The environment was calm and the elevator ride was very peaceful. Everything was excellent.

The price was reasonable and the place was clean.
