This place is a gem, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. The bed was super comfy too. The only downside is there isn't really anything to complain about.

Stayed at this hotel in the heart of Long Beach and it's a great affordable option. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless and had everything I needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. My only gripe is that the rooms can get pretty noisy, especially from the traffic outside, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.

The hotel's location was pretty convenient, just a short walk from the city center. However, things started to go downhill from there. The TV in my room was completely out of commission, which was a bit of a bummer since I was looking forward to catching up on some shows. To make matters worse, the fridge barely worked and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with the issues. To top it all off, the staff didn't speak a word of English, which made communication a real challenge.

The location was decent, I'll give them that. But the cleanliness and hygiene of the place were a major letdown. It looked abandoned, with spider webs in the room, tons of insects buzzing around, a dirty bathroom, and stained, smelly sheets and towels. I had to ask for a room change and new bedding and towels, but even those were stained and smelly. I ended up using a beach towel to dry off. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm torn about this place. On the one hand, the location is pretty great - there are loads of restaurants and massage parlours within walking distance. The beds were comfy enough, and the TV was a nice surprise, bigger than I expected. The fridge was also working fine, keeping our drinks and snacks chilled. But, oh man, the noise. It's like a never-ending nightmare.
