“Needs Improvement - Basic Items Missing”
I was able to sleep well, no outside noise, the heating was ok too The staff that I spoke to and tried to help was very kind and helpful, but I still need to be honest in my review just to help another client. The stay was quite disappointing overall. There were no basic essentials provided, no washing liquid for dishes, no towels, no bathing soap, and no simple kitchen items like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, or milk. These are usually expected in short stays, so it made things quite inconvenient. There was also no WiFi, and the mobile network inside the house was very poor, which made communication and internet access difficult. The shower was not easy to use, and after each use, the drainage was extremely slow. We had to wait almost 10 minutes before the next person could use it, which was very inconvenient, especially for a group. Overall, the property lacked basic amenities and comfort, which affected our experience
