1).Lokasi strategis, pusat kota ,kuliner universitas dan objek vital perkotaan. 2).Kamar luas di luar ekspektasi. 3).Ac Dingin. Bermalam 2 malam karena tuntutan pekerjaan yg mengharusan tiba2 k jogja, tanpa persiapan dan setiba di hotel pihak hotel bilang bahwa tdk lagi di sediakan Amenities dgn alasan kebijakan dari Aplikasi,padahal di room tertera jaminan kepuasan pelanggan yg menyertakan keterangan ketersediaan amenities. 1).Amenitis tdk di sediakan sama sekali 2).Tdk transparan mengenai password Wifi . 3).Extra Charge 25rb/jam sebelum jam Check In (jam 2 siang) 4).Tidak ada Lemari/storage dan Gantungan untuk baju
