Adam at the front desk was a huge help when our reservation got messed up; he walked us through fixing it while we were exhausted.
The TV isn’t smart, which is a bit of a let‑down.
The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I would have liked a washing machine and dryer available for guests.
Breakfast was good, but the hotel sits on top of a parking garage, which is a downside.
