Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Very good communication with the staff and great flexibility. It was especially important for us to be able to leave luggage both before check‑in and after check‑out, which made exploring Kłodzko convenient. Everything matched the information on the website. Thank you.

Everything.

The location was very good, rooms were pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly during breakfast, giving a homey atmosphere. I was very disappointed that I wasn’t informed about the nighttime party happening in the restaurant. Despite the rules and set quiet hours, it was simply loud. The receptionist kindly heard my complaint, but he could do nothing because the event was already scheduled and neither he nor the guests knew about it. I booked the room a few days earlier and am convinced the owners must have known about it, yet they didn’t warn their guests.

The place is decent, the location is fantastic with parking, and both the staff and the restaurant deserve praise; the kitchen serves finger‑licking meals. I recommend Aleksander. Still, despite the renovations and construction work, it’s not ideal—those changes need to happen eventually.

The service is friendly, especially the ladies in the restaurant. The rooms, however, lack chairs.
