I enjoyed the restaurant and the food was excellent, but the reception staff were terrible on the day we arrived, the sauna that everyone says doesn’t work actually needs someone to call for it, and the pool is small—overall I won’t return.

The place is in a convenient spot, but getting into the room was a nightmare. The rental company never answered my texts or calls, so I sat in the lobby for almost two hours while the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. The bed smelled like dog urine, the mattress was filthy and gave way, the AC filter was grimy, the balcony door wouldn't seal against the noisy street, and the parking was paid with staff pushing me to use their lot even when I was just dropping off my bags.
