The hotel was very well located and clean, but when I arrived I had to stamp my card many times because no one came out, and the TV kept falling over and had poor reception on the channels.

Everything was great. The staff were kind, Tatiana always smiled and was very helpful. It was very close to the pretty central square and all the shops and restaurants, and the property itself is superb. Everything was very good.
