“MEJOR CUALQUIER OTRA OPCIÒN”

We booked a seven‑night stay and were told on arrival that daily housekeeping was not included—a detail that was not mentioned in the listing—and that because our stay exceeded six days we could pick one cleaning day without fresh linens or pay €20 per extra day. We chose Wednesday, but the room was never cleaned. After complaining, they promised to do it the next day, which never happened either. When we pressed again, a receptionist kept insisting, in a rather rude tone, that the room remained unclean because they prioritized vacant rooms. Our reservation was for a DOUBLE SUPERIOR room, yet it only had one bed, a narrow table with two dirty, broken drawers that still held remnants from previous guests, and a single hook with one hanger; when we asked for more, we were told only three hangers were provided per room. We also requested a chair, they noted it, but later said none were available. In short, despite staying in a double room for several nights, there was nowhere to put or hang our belongings. The bathroom was tiny.
