I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ll be back again. The setting is lovely, everything is spotless and fully equipped. The beds are excellent, and the whole place is super clean. I highly recommend it.

The location is peaceful and quiet. However, the pillows had noticeable stains on the white covers.

An unconventional accommodation right in the middle of the harbor. The apartment on the water is spacious, well‑furnished, and comes with everything needed for a stay, plus pleasant outdoor seating and free parking. The area is surprisingly quiet and calm. The harbor offers many dining options, and there are nice beaches nearby. You can also swim in Mar Menor and try the local therapeutic mud. The owner is aware of a few minor shortcomings mentioned in local reviews. I was surprised by the refundable deposit of 300 euros that had to be paid before arrival, though I might have overlooked that detail.

The accommodation had no lack of detail; we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I can’t point out any negatives because everything was to my liking and my children enjoyed themselves immensely.

The house is very pretty and comfortable; we managed to keep it cool with the air conditioning, and it had everything we needed. The location is great and we felt very at ease in the harbor. The bathrooms were broken and didn’t drain, which was inconvenient because we had to use the bar bathrooms, but they gave us a card to access the harbor toilets.
