The location was good, but Ivy at the front desk was horrible and the service was bad; the lobby was hot with no AC, the room was dirty, and there were hairs in the bathtub and a Bobby pin on the rug.

The place was quiet, but there was a noticeable smell.

The staff were friendly and the value and location were good, yet there was a bad odor throughout the lobby, the pool area wasn’t very clean, and the bed was horrible— a new mattress was definitely needed.
