The hotel delivered exactly what I expected, and Jacqueline stood out with her warm, helpful attitude. She was consistently willing to lend a hand, and I can’t think of any real drawbacks.

The staff were genuinely professional and the location was convenient for getting around town. Unfortunately, the beds were overly soft and the mattress creaked loudly whenever you shifted, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Reception was incredibly courteous—attentive, responsible, and always ready to sort out any issue. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t provided, so you have to find something elsewhere in the morning.
