There is little to like about the property. The location is a major issue: uneven, dusty roads far from the main road make it a terrible place to stay. The rooms were not clean or well maintained; we had to get the washroom cleaned twice just to remove a pungent smell. Charging 2K per night for such a property is too much in my opinion.

I had a very poor experience – the food quality was terrible and tasteless, served in dirty trays, which is unhygienic. Tea came with a plastic cap, unsafe, and was cold. There was no hot water, so I had to take a cold bath in winter. The shower was broken and not working properly, and no hand wash liquid was provided in the washroom. Overall, the room cleanliness was below standard, maintenance was poor, staff were unhelpful and didn’t respond to complaints. The value for money was terrible given the poor service and facilities. Overall, an extremely disappointing stay; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
