“A bit of an empty shell in a beautiful setting”
The setting in the mountains was beautiful and peaceful, with inspired architecture. Breakfast was delicious with many options, and the staff were dedicated and helpful throughout. We arrived at a very quiet time, so there were only a few other guests, which made it slightly eerie yet peaceful. The pools were closed, which I was informed about in advance. We were two couples who booked two king rooms and were placed in a standalone “house” with three king rooms and a shared living/kitchen area. It would have felt awkward if the third room had other guests. The kitchen also lacked utensils, cutlery, and crockery, which was odd.
