The beach was nice, the location was okay, and there were a few walk‑to places like a pharmacy; our rooms were nice. The food was not good, the shows were hit or miss, and the bad ones weren’t worth staying for.

The staff, room service, and location were good, but the food and room were not.

They asked if we were allergic to any food, the room was excellent, the theme was unique to the hotel, the food was good, and there was a nighttime show with a pool band. However, they cooked shrimp on the same pan as meat (it made no sense to ask about allergies and then mix the food), the only pool was very crowded, and there should have been a separate pool from the bar for relaxation and for small children. People sat at the bar to drink and didn’t leave for anything (not even to go to the bathroom). The same story happened at several places where they keep lounge chairs unused or not present. There should have been supervision in all areas (it would definitely be more democratic). There were more shower stalls needed, fewer hours for the gourmet restaurants.
