The location was great, with the RSL Club right behind the hotel and a nice little club; the room was neat and tidy with a very comfortable king‑size bed, staff were friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A housekeeper organized my continental breakfast, the room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom excellent; however, I was frustrated that no staff were in the office from 3.30 when I tried to call and the welcome was not very warm.
