The location is great, right next to the metro station and fairly close to the city centre. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has two air‑conditioners, and the price is fair. The breakfast was modest, the elevator charges 20 cents per use, and my biggest gripe is that you only get one set of towels if you stay four days or less; requesting new towels costs 5 euros.

The room was really cosy and the place itself was absolutely gorgeous! Although I mostly explored on foot, I really appreciated that a metro station with two different lines was right in front of the building, which was especially useful after a long day.

The central location, spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and clean (important point). The downside is having to pay 20 ctm per use for the elevator, even though the apartment is on the 7th floor.

The location and facilities are good. The apartment is just a few steps from the subway station, and several bus stops are within a few minutes’ walk. The room is large and quiet throughout the week. The host is welcoming and very helpful; she sent videos explaining everything in the building and room so everything was clear. There is a wide range of breakfast options, although I didn’t get to try them. The glass on the room door lets light in from early morning when the sun starts to enter the corridor. The elevator costs 20 cents each time and gives no change, so coins are necessary; it rejected my 10 cent coins, so it’s better to bring 20 cent coins.

Etienne is always available. The proximity to the two strategic metro lines, the local eateries, and a convenient mini‑market make it a great stay; I’ll definitely return and recommend it. The elevator coin machine is a hassle.
