The vibe here is amazing, and the volunteers are super kind and attentive. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt so comfortable, like I was at home. Everything was just great.

The room had no heating and missing windows, so it was hard to sleep in silence. It made the stay a bit noisy and cold.
