The spot is fantastic, close to Castglione and the beaches, and utterly peaceful; they even gave me a wonderful apartment instead of the room I had booked—thanks again—and the cleaning was excellent. The exterior, while attractive, shows signs of poor maintenance, and the restaurant wasn’t operating despite older reviews praising it, perhaps because they’re in a re‑organisation phase—I couldn’t tell.

A quiet spot, away from traffic but still close to the center. The exterior looked a bit neglected, probably because of the recent change in management, and breakfast or meals weren’t available yet. The staff were very kind, though.

Only a few kilometres from the city centre, the place is very calm, has air‑conditioning and clean rooms. The furnishings in the room were old and there was no TV. The building’s outside area was poorly maintained, and the parking zone wasn’t clearly marked.
