The local was spacious, airy, pretty, and offered plenty of kid‑friendly activities, the pools were always clean, and the playgrounds were lit. On Friday there was a dining area with food (a huge plus because you don’t have to leave the premises for meals). The hotel restaurant ran smoothly and the staff were always attentive and helpful, and breakfast had a good variety. The apartment needs a makeover, the furniture was old, and the lack of a bidet in the bathroom really hurt the rating. Check‑in took place at a reception outside the condominium, far from the apartment; if you take an Uber it stops there, so you have to walk a long way to the apartment after checking in, and the process takes at least 10 minutes.

“Tivemos problemas”

The overall infrastructure of the condominium was very good, with pools and a beachfront. The apartment was large but old, and we were placed on the first floor even though the reservation said ground floor, which was inconvenient for elderly guests. The condominium restaurant is becoming outdated, the furniture is old, and the food quality is low. The condominium’s kiosk is also deactivated.

“Bom custo benefício.”

The location and breakfast were good, but the condition of the room and common areas clearly shows that a major renovation is needed.

Breakfast was good quality, the pools were well maintained, and the service was friendly. The bathroom was fine but it was missing a toilet bidet, which is unacceptable for this level of accommodation.
