The breakfast was simple but tasty, offering good value; however, when I booked for the next day, the reservation wasn’t confirmed, and the best rooms that the staff said were booked via Booking were actually occupied.

Breakfast was basic but enjoyable; walking to catch the ferry was a decent walk, but it was worth it.

Dona Néia was a real delight—friendly, upbeat and super polite. We spent two nights in a neat room with working AC, a minibar and a TV, and the breakfast was plain but clearly made with care. The only hiccup was the shower that wouldn’t get hot, but with the outside heat it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely come back.
